Each venture is set up around one field, so its clients know what it does and it can build depth in that field.
Build on the foundation
It uses the group's shared functions from the first day instead of setting up its own.
Prove it in one market
It launches in one home market first and grows there until the model is proven.

Expand
Once the model is proven, the venture moves into new markets.
ExampleGateRide operates in Belgium. International expansion is planned.
